We take a look at each and every component and determine its, location, condition, serviceability and suitability.

A detailed, easy to understand report is then created using industry standard terms and phrases. Most inspections result in one of the following:

  • The system is operating in a normal manner, as intended by its design

  • The system is operating, but performance malfunctions are occurring

  • The system is in a state of performance malfunction, or is otherwise unsuitable for the property

From there, we can create a list of industry standard recommendations for maintenance, repairs or improvements, or recommend that the system be replaced.
